Description
Cars parked on the street are whole collections of abstract art waiting to be found. Sometimes I'm struck by the way the chrome curves or the shape of something. Creating the abstract image requires looking at the elements I want to include, choosing a point of view, and framing the image. Sometimes the result looks like what it is-- part of a car. And sometimes it doesn't. As long as the image is visually satisfying, I'm happy to go either way. This shot of a side window of car shows a Washington Heights, New York City building in reflection.
