Description
This was photographed at a Dunkin Donuts restaurant in the Bronx, New York City. It's a place where I frequently visit with friends on Sunday afternoons after church for a second coffee hour. The hand in the photo was across the table from me and belongs to my friend Alexander Ortega.

Yes, what Mitch said! I would never even have noticed this casually draped arm and relaxed hand much less have taken a photo, but you did and in so doing, you suggested a story . . . or two. This was one of my two pod's in the Best of Minimalism group for May 6.

Such a great open-ended story-telling image this is, Sarah. It's a pod choice for me today in the Best of Minimalism group.

Amazing how a simple look at the hand could tell the viewers so much. Great creativity, and your friends hand will make him famous.
