I shot this photo from my friend Joe's car as we were stopped at a red light. I manage to get quite a few photos that way. This was taken on Broadway in the Inwood area and is a fairly typical scene in parts of Manhattan, New York. There is considerable less graffiti in the city than there was 30 to 40 years ago, but the building landscape in the upper reaches of Manhattan has not changed very much at all.
